Centre of Excellence

Pôle Spectrométrie Océan unites work partners from UBO (IUEM), Ifremer, CNRS and IRD to offer mutualized access to a state-of-the-art spectrometry instrumental platform, including high-precision elemental and isotopic analysis for marine, geology and biology samples.

PSO instruments support oceanographic research programs in marine biochemistry and geochemistry, within the frame of excellence funding programs (LabexMER, ISblue, Institut Carnot) together with industry projects.

PSO partners the French geochemical and experimental network (RéGEF).
